This publication is licensed for use on a single computer only, unless an agreement has been entered into to allow use of multiple copies (or networking) within an institution. If multiple copies are required for use within an institution please contact drugIDNZ Ltd and provide specific details of your requirements.
drugIDNZ contains information intended for use in New Zealand only. If you use drugIDNZ outside New Zealand, you do so at your own risk and, to the extent permitted by law, drugIDNZ Limited will have no liability to you or any third party for such use.
You may use drugIDNZ solely for personal use or for networked use in your practice, and copy drugIDNZ into any machine readable form for backup purposes in support of your own internal business use of drugIDNZ. We may include mechanisms to limit or inhibit copying. To the extent permitted by law, you may not (nor permit any third party to): alter, use after expiry date, merge, modify or adapt drugIDNZ, including disassembling or decompiling (except as, and only to the extent, expressly permitted by law); loan, rent, lease or licence drugIDNZ or any copy; transfer drugIDNZ, or any copy, in whole or in part in any way, including disassembling or decompiling, except as expressly provided for in this licence. If you do any of the prohibited acts, your licence is automatically terminated.
Your licence to use drugIDNZ in accordance with these terms and conditions lasts from the date you receive the application until an updated version is released and is effective until terminated. Updated versions will be sent to drugIDNZ users at least every six (6) months. This licence is automatically transferred with the receipt by you of each such updated version (provided you have installed the updated version). You must destroy all previous versions (and all copies) when you receive an updated version This publication is usually licensed for a period of 12 months, at which point drugIDNZ will expire.
On expiry, this publication will provide details on how to obtain an updated, licensed version of drugIDNZ.
